We don't have our kids chanting at other kids or clapping behind a pitcher to rattle their nerves. We win by playing better, not by trying to make someone else fail.
Standard
We coach every player a step above where they are today. Kids rise to the bar you set for them, and most have no idea how high theirs actually is.
